1. Do I need to register at www.tindahangbayan.com to avail of its products & services?

Yes.  You will need to set-up an account with us to commence your shopping with TindahangBayan.  Having an account makes your shopping more convenient as it stores your contact, billing and delivery addresses and allows you to track your purchase, be up-to-date on new products and latest promotions and create your personal shopping list.  It will be easy to update your contact details in your account and view your purchase history as well as reactivate past purchases for your next shopping with us.

2. Can I order by phone?

We do not accept orders by phone for security reasons. Online ordering is SSL-secured, faster and reliable.

3. What is the minimum purchase and delivery charge?

The minimum purchase amount is Php1,500 or US$35.00.  A delivery charge will be collected depending on the destination of your order.  We have divided Davao City into ten (10) Delivery Zones with corresponding delivery rates.

4. I am currently located outside of Davao City, can I place an order?

Yes, you can place your orders from anywhere in the world or in the Philippines and have it delivered to your family and friends in Davao City.

5. What do I do if I forget my password?

On the Log-In page, click on “Forgot Password?”.  You will be asked to enter your email address and have your password sent to you.
